Whether enterprise wide training, team focused education or individual personal/life coaching, e-Techknowledge can effectively assist you in exceeding your goals. How often when you talk to people (your friends, family or co-workers) about your experiences and problems they give you their opinions and advice. When you do not take it they get hurt or tell you "We told you so!" Worse yet, how do you know their opinions or advice is honest and made with your best interest at heart, without hidden agenda, made with envy or based on their own ego? Your coach's role is to facilitate and work with you and/or your team to listen and reflect back the meaning and significance of what you are experiencing and ultimately would like to accomplish or improve.
Your coach will work with you in a consultative fashion. Understanding your issues and goals, quantifying the impact of those issues and benefits of the goals, determining desired outcomes and assigning a priority to each. Then your coach will assist you with developing a "plan of action" which is established and used as the pathway to your ultimate success of achieving your goals. At the point of executing your newly defined plan, your coach becomes your "insurance policy" since they will be assisting you in driving the accountability and monitoring your progress to reach your desired outcomes.
