What I liked
* starting with an outline of typical project challenges and traditional tools and ending with why mind maps work; it highlights the value of mind mapping and a break from the norm
* statistics on visual thinking
* the picture on "what is mind mapping" and "mapping basics"
* the exercise we performed demonstrated how easy it is to do
* sharing of your personal experience and successes with the tool
* what mapping can be used for and sample illustrations
